4) The sim card screen on the phone clearly visible. (Go to options>advanced options>sim card and dial the letters MEPD the phone will then display if the network is “active” (which means the network is still locked).
5) You entering the unlock code with the instructions and unlock code we provide.
Phone’s with “0″ attempts left, can’t be unlocked and can’t be refunded.
